Club Management

Club Managers can manage the teams via club.subtimeapp.com or download "SubTime Club Manager" app from Google or Apple app Store.  It allows club managers

 

📊 Access team's game history and player stats.  No need to ask your teams to send game reports to you.  You can view and export all the data directly within the app.  Club subscription is not required to use these features.

💰 Savings on SubTime subscriptions (optional)

SubTime offers a club subscription plan that a club can purchase for all the teams eliminating the need for coaches to purchase individual plans. ​

Club subscription is based on teams. 

​

Once a team is granted access, the team admin can grant full access to other coaches via sharing.

Our tiered pricing model provides increasing discounts as more teams are added. This flexible structure ensures that clubs pay only for what they need while enjoying significant cost savings.

  • 6 months or 1 year

Many countries charge VAT (Value Added Tax) on digital goods, the rate charged on app stores will include the VAT.

  • 2 to 5 teams: USD $22.99 per team 

  • 6 to 10 teams: USD $20.70 +  per team (10% discount)

  • 11 to 20 teams: USD $19.55 per team (15% discount)

  • 21 to 30 teams: USD $18.40 per team (20% discount)

Steps

  1.  Access club.subtimeapp.com to create a user login ( or use existing SubTime club manager app log in. 

  2. Create a new club or link to an existing club using an club admin invitation code

   3.  The Club Manager shares the club code with coaches.

    4. Coaches use the SubTime app to register their teams with the provided code

  1.  download the SubTime club manager app, log in the app with the same web log in and purchase a subscription  

  2.  grant team access either on the web or use the SubTime Club Manager app

FAQ

What if one of my teams already purchased a subscription? 

​​

All teams under a club subscription are set as Team Access teams, meaning all coaches on the team will have full access.
If an individual user has a "Team" subscription and already granted Team Access to a team, the club does not need to purchase a subscription for that team. (The team can still register under the club to allow club admins access to their data.)
If an individual has a Standard subscription, the club may consider buying Team Access for their team, giving other coaches full access as well.

Why does my coaches' subTime app still show trial or limited status after registering their teams with the club?

​

When a club buys a license, it is owned by the club account. As an individual coach, you can use SubTime through the club’s ‘team access,’ but you do not personally hold an individual license. Think of it like a company car: the company owns the car, and employees can drive it, but they aren’t the actual owners. Employees can buy their own cars individually. 

​

I am a tournament organizer.  I would like to track each team's players stats,  match records, starting lineups and sub history.  Can I use SubTime for it? 

​

SubTime is the ideal tool for tournaments.  To do so, 

1.  Tournament organizer register/login club.subtimeapp.com and set up a club for the tournament, e.g. "Framingham Showcase 2026" and note down the club code. There is no need to purchase a subscription. 

2.  Individual team coaches downloads and setup their tournament team in subTime,  and register the team with the club code.   Many coaches are already using subTime for regular season games,  so it is recommended to use the "Copy Team" feature to create a new team to keep tournament data separate.    Registered teams will immediately show up on the website.

Note:  For new SubTime users, SubTime offers a two week free trial,  it should be sufficient to cover most weekend tournament.  Existing SubTime users may already have a active SubTime subscription or could purchase a monthly subscription temporarily. 

 

3.  Coaches use SubTime throughout the tournament. ​

4.  Tournament organizer can access all the game record real time on the website.  It is recommended to export team records out as csv files in case coaches accidentally delete the game records later.
